He is intrigued, maybe even a bit besotted. He has caught an interesting case involving the very public, very professional shooting of a mid-level officer in the Salvation Army. Harry’s review of The Redeemer is here. Harry has a lack of social survivability skills. Jo Nesbo draws his bow, takes aim and hits a bull’s eye.
Themes like love, loss, the fear of death, and the stark realities of the world we live in are ones every reader can relate to, and authors like Jo Nesbo tackle them with grace and poise. And he has a kind heart and a very dry outlook on the world.
